Ra’isul wasaare ku-xigeenka xukuumadda Somalia, Maxamed Cumar Carte, oo kulanka shir gudoominayay,  ayaa xusay  in sida ugu deg-degsan looga sal gaari doono natiijada baaritaankan, isagoo balanqaaday in dawladdu adkeyn doonto amniga garoonka diyaaradaha Muqdishu, si looga hortago khatar walba oo imaan karta.

Carte, ayaa sheegay baaritaan la sameeyey ka dib in Muwaadinka lagu magacaabo Cabdillaahi Cabdisalaam Boorle uu ku dhintay shilkaas, isla markaana ay ku dhaawacmeen labo muwaadin oo kale.
