ADADO, Somalia, June 29, 2015 (Garowe Online)-Delegates representing Himan and Heeb administration have walked out of Adado conference venue in blow to state formation endeavor in central Somalia, Garowe Online reports.

Himan-and-Heeb’s Minister for Internal Affairs Mohamed Hussein Monday told reporters that his administration will be joining a parallel conference organized by the paramilitary group of Ahlu Sunna Wal Jamea: “Monopolizing agendas of the federal government forced us to pull out of the conference, and we are heading to Dhusamareb,”he said, referring to a new push to hold state formation gathering at protest of Adado convention.

The moderate Islamists in control of Galgadud regional capital of Dhusamareb are shoring up support for a parallel conference.

Ahlu Sunna militias wrested control of Dhusamareb, with Somali government forces being dislodged in skirmish earlier this month.
