Teashop blast wounds four in central Somalia

HALGAN, Somalia, August 10, 2015 (Garowe Online)-A bomb blast left four wounded at a teashop in Halgan village of central Somalia on Monday, Garowe Online reports.

Somali government and African Union soldiers were sipping inside the teashop when the bomb went off, residents and local reports confirmed.

Allied forces cleansed Halgan of Al Shabaab remnants in coordinated onslaught a few months ago.

On Sunday, Ethiopian-AMISOM forces opened fire on bus enroute to Halgan, killing five civilians.

African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) apologized for the civilian casualties and pledged probe into the motives behind the deadly incident.
