December 14, 2014 (GO)- Madaxweynaha Sudan Cumar  Xasan Al-bashiir ayaa guul ku tilmaamay go'aankii dacwad oogaha maxkamadda caalamiga ah ee dembiyada dagaalka (ICC) ku joojisey dacwadihii ka dhanka ahaa dowladda Sudan.

Al-bashiir oo magaalada caasimada ah ee Khartoum kula hadlayey kumanaan kamid ah taageerayaashiisa ayaa sheegay in ICC-du ku fashilantay isku day ay doonaysay inay ku waxyeeleyso sharafta dadka iyo dowlada Sudan, waa sida uu hadalka u dhigaye.

Hadalka Madaxweynaha Sudan ayaa kusoo aadaya maalin kadib markii dacwad oogaha maxkamadda caalamiga ah ee ICC haweeneyda lagu magacaabo Fatou Bensouda ay sheegtay inay joojisey baaritankii lagu waday dambiyadii dagaalka ee laga geystey gobolka Darfur.

Bensouda ayaa sababta ay go'aankan isaga ah u qaadatay waxay ku micneysey kadib markii kiisaska Darfur taageero ku filan looga waayey Golaha Ammaanka ee Qaramada Midoobay.

Dadka u ololeeya xuquuqul insaanka ayaa ku doodaya in go'aanka Fatou Bensouda aan loo fasiran karin in gebi ahaanba meesha laga saaray dacwadihii la xiriiray dembiyada dagaalka ee ka dhacay gobolka Darfur, balse ay dooneyso in Golaha Ammaanka lagu cadaadiyo sidii uu tallaabo cad uga qaadi lahaa Madaxweynaha Sudan oo isagu diiday inuu maxkamadda kasoo hor muuqdo.

Todobaad kahor maxkamadda caalamiga ah ee fadhigeedu yahay magaalada Hague waxay  laashay dacwadihii loo haystey Madaxweynaha Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta kadib markii wax cadeyn ah loo waayey.

Sanadkii 2009 ayaa Cumar Xasan Al-bashiir iyo saraakiil ka tirsan ciidamada dalkaas waxaa lagu soo eedeeyey in ay dembiyo dagaal ka geysteen gobolka Darfur.
