Warsaxfadeedkaan ayaa lagu sheegey in magalaada Kismayo Sept 14,2014 munaasbadii caleemasaarka kadib lagu go'aansadey in kulan looga hadlayo higsiga 2016 iyo wadada loo marayo isbadalka la filayo lagu qabto magaalada Muqdisho Sept 20,2015.
Ku dhwaaqista kulankaan ayaa lagu sheegey qoraalkaan iney timid kadib markii kulan aan caadi aheyn oo lagu qabtey Kismayo kasoo isugu yimaadeen madaxda dowlada Federaalka iyo madaxda maamulada Somalia Cabdiweli Maxamad Cali, Cabdikarim Xuseen Guuleed, Shariif Xasan Shiikh Aadan iyo Axmad Maxamad Islam.

President and Prime Minister announce a consultation meeting to discuss the 2016 electoral process and Somalia’s political future (Vision 2016)
Kismayo, 14 September 2015: The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Prime Minister, HE Omar Abdirashid Sharma’arke, announced a consultation meeting to discuss the 2016 electoral process and Somalia's political transformation as outlined in Vision 2016 will be held in Mogadishu on 20 September.
The President and the Prime Minister made the announcement following an extra-ordinary meeting held in Kismayo on 13 September between the Federal Government leadership and the heads of the interim regional administrations, including Abdikarim Hussein Guled, Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, Ahmed Mohamed Islam and Sharif Hassan Sheikh Aden.
The leaders jointly acknowledged that there is a need to accelerate the political process. They underlined the need to ensure that all parties are included in the consultations in the lead-up to deciding the electoral process which will see a democratic, transparent and legitimate transfer of power in 2016.
The planned consultation meeting in Mogadishu will launch of the national consultation process that will provide suggestions and ideas to facilitate the decision-making process for 2016 electoral process.
