Mourinho claims Pep lying about Silva injury
Manchester United take on Man City at Old Trafford looking to cut the eight-point gap between the Premier League's top two.
Silva has been ruled out of Wednesday's Champions League clash against Shakhtar Donetsk, and Guardiola suggested he could miss the game on Sunday.
After hearing Arsene Wenger rule Alexandre Lacazette out only for him to line up against United on Saturday, Mourinho believes Guardiola is playing a similar game.
When asked about his own team's injuries, Mourinho told reporters: "You want the truth or what do you want? You want the truth.
"The truth is Eric Bailly no chance for the weekend, Phil Jones a chance, [Marouane] Fellaini a chance, Zlatan [Ibrahimovic] a big chance and [Nemanja] Matic is injured but will play for sure. [Michael] Carrick no chance.
"I'm telling the truth, he's injured but will play for sure. No stories of Lacazette or David Silva. All the truth.
"Our opponents have all these issues. They have a big issue but in the end, everybody is ready to play.
"They have phenomenal organizations. We are a bit more humble.
"When we have a problem, we have a problem. When players are injured, they are injured. I tell you the truth."
