MOGADISHU, Somalia, August 23, 2015 (Garowe Online)-Federal government of Somalia’s Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke has grieved the killing of army troops in terror attack, saying anti peace elements, in reference to Al Shabaab are threat to the ongoing recovery, Garowe Online reports.

The Prime Minister’s remarks came after Al Shabaab suicide bomber ripped through a training camp in the southern port city of Kismayo, killing 25 and wounding 30 on Saturday.

“The attacks of evil and terrorist groups will not distract Somalia’s march to reconstruction and development and they will be defeated very soon,” said Prime Minister Sharmarke.

He said no goal has been secured other than the perishing of brave Somali soldiers, sending condolences to bereaved families of troops killed in the suicide bombing.

Somalia president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud called for investigations into the Toyota Noah bomb attack.

Former Al Shabaab fighter who defected to Jubaland is believed to have detonated explosive laden right hand drive vehicle.
