OIC Condemns Somalia Attack that killed 4 UAE soldiers, 1 Bahrain officer

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) General Secretariat strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a military base in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, on Saturday, which led to the martyrdom of several Somali, Emirati, and Bahraini forces.

The OIC Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha expressed his strong condemnation of the heinous terrorist attack and offered his condolences and expressions of solidarity to the victims and the governments of Somalia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.

The Secretary-General reiterated the OIC’s condemnation of terrorism in all its kinds and manifestations and its support for the efforts of the Somali government to combat the menace of terrorism and enhance security and stability in the country.
