KAZAN, Russia — Russian President Vladimir Putin held discussions with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Kazan, focusing on deepening bilateral ties and exploring mutual interests within the expanding BRICS framework.
