The Chairman of the Supreme Court of Somaliland has made the courts of the country like animal slaughterhouses, and justice is being obtained to increase the amount of money during the transition period of the Somaliland Government.

The people of Somaliland called on President Irro to change Somaliland's judiciary; on the other hand, they sent a message to the Minister of Justice whose work did not go beyond prisons.

The people of Somaliland are currently in need of a major change in the field of justice, as the chairman of the Supreme Court, who has been in office for a long time, has failed to make changes in Somaliland's judicial system, instead of, the judicial system has made Somaliland his place and he does it as he wants, and the money has become the way he works and the cases are won.

There are many cases in which the Chairman of the Supreme Court has put himself in charge, which he has chosen in terms of the amount of money that a person pays, here it cannot summarize the number of cases that the President of the Supreme Court has unfairly ruled, during his tenure in office.

The latest incident took place in the city of Hargeisa, in which he said that he was distributing the property to you and unjustly sentenced two families who were fighting each other in houses in Hargeisa. The Chairman of the Supreme Court is the family of Ilma Khadar Haji Yusuf who lives in Hargeisa.

He recently executed the property in charge of their case and this family called on the Government and the President of Somaliland to look down on their case, and the government should investigate the Chairman of the Supreme Court.

The family of Ilma Khadar Haji Yusuf, who spoke to the media in Hargeisa, said that the executive order made by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court was used with a lot of power and money and most of their families were detained by Hargeisa police stations. The family said that the case of the disputed houses has been going on for several years, and the case was going on in the Somaliland court, and they did not make any decision.

One of the surprising things that the courts have done is the integration of the parties involved in this activity. The process of judging the case has become surprising and not based on justice and who owns the property but they have called mediation and the distribution of property that is forced to be distributed to the houses.

The family of Khadar Haji Yusuf said that some Somaliland courts have ruled between the two sides of the case to say that we are dividing the property of the houses that are in dispute, which they said has become ridiculous and unfair and who has something that is not wanted to be looked at.

The family of Ilma Khadar Haji Yusuf has called on the new government to make immediate changes in the Chairman of the High Court, to change the judicial system of Somaliland.

The Chairman of the Supreme Court of Somaliland, Adan Haji Ali Ahmed, who fell under the government of the party he was a member of, is still in office and has not resigned as the regions of Somaliland are calling complaints related to the injustice in all the courts of Somaliland.

Finally, this family, who was unjustly sentenced by the President of the Supreme Court, says that they are ready to submit their case to the Islamic Sharia Courts, as a high court has become a place that works for those who carry a lot of money.

A similar story related to the courts took place in Burco City, another family spoke to the media about farms owned by other people without being called to the case, which is a miraculous case that happened in the family of the links of the two families. Complaining to the Chairman of the High Court, some families cannot speak and pay for the media and are also crying down.
