ADADO, Somalia, April 11, 2015 (Garowe Online)-Despite the recent deeply embedded division over venue of central state formation convention, organizers on Saturday unveiled that the regional gathering has been postponed to Monday for technical issues, Garowe Online reports.

Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud Thursday declared Dhusamareb central state capital city, and slated the state formation convention for April 11.

Ethiopian-AMISOM forces have already reached Galgadud region town of Adado where the delegates representing South Mudug and Galgadud continue to flock in.

Himan and Heeb local administration protested the move by President Mohamud to crown Dhusamareb as the capital of the anticipated federal state.

There had been a bitter division among local clans over the venue of the convention and the headquarters of central state.

Federal Government delegation led by Interior Minister is expected to oversee the forthcoming conference in Adado.

No official comments on the postponement of convention were released to the media.
