Somalia: Mogadishu explosion kills two in auto rickshaw

MOGADISHU, Somalia Jan 19, 2015 (Garowe Online)-Accidental explosion in Mogadishu's Dharkeynley district has left two alleged plotters dead according to officials on Sunday afternoon, Garowe Online reports.
 
The bomb went off while they were driving along a road in auto rickshaw according to Daud Abdullahi Nur, a spokesman for Dharkenley commissioner.
 
Nur Monday said that the two men were planning to carryout bombings in Mogadishu but prematurely died in the accidental explosion.
 
Al Qaeda linked Al Shabaab group claimed credit for scores of apparently coordinated terror attacks, largely in volatile Mogadishu.
 
Islamist militants lost a string of strategic bastions in central and southern Somalia in intense military campaign.
